Pharmachologic effect. A combined remedy to reduce the symptoms of colds and flu. The components of this drug have various effects on the human body, so it is effective in eliminating several symptoms. Breathing is facilitated by reducing swelling of the mucous membrane and sinuses of the nose with phenylephrine, caffeine has a general tonic effect, and antipyretic and analgesic effects are achieved due to paracetamol. The presence of vitamin C makes up for its lack in the patient’s body, which is especially important for flu and colds. Terpinghydrate stimulates bronchial secretion, promotes expectoration.
