Lagman in a slow cooker: recipe for cooking

  • 1 small carrot and green radish ;
  • several medium-sized potatoes (3-4);
  • on the 1st spoon of (large) adjika and tomato paste;
  • salt and pepper, herbs.

Wash lamb or beef meat, dry a little. Cut into pieces. Peel and chop the carrots with a thin straw. Remove the husk from the onion and chop it into half rings. Peel and chop the garlic finely.
