A dish made according to the method described below is obtained extremely rich and fragrant. It is a very successful combination of boiled meat, vegetables and cheese. To prepare the “Hunter” salad with beef, you will need:
- 4 eggs.
- 500 g of beef.
- 3 medium pickles.
- 250 g of pickled mushrooms.
- 3 potatoes.
- Small onion.
- 200 g of Dutch or Russian cheese.
- Salt and mayonnaise.
The Hunter’s salad is prepared so simply that any inexperienced culinary specialist can cope with this task without problems. Boil the beef in salt water, cool directly in the broth, remove from the pan and cut into small pieces. Washed beef is boiled in salted boiling water, cooled and cut into strips. The meat processed in this way is combined with strips of cucumbers. All this is mixed with passivated onions, fried carrots, ketchup and dried herbs.
With beans and sausages

- 100 g of beans (canned).

Therefore, such a “Hunting” salad can be made for unexpectedly visiting guests. To do this, you will need:
- 5 smoked sausages.
- ½ fork cabbage (white cabbage).
- 1 tbsp. l ground coriander.
- 4 tbsp. l good mayonnaise.
- A bunch of dill.
Washed cabbage is freed from the upper leaves, chopped with a thin straw and transferred to a deep clean container. Slices of smoked sausages, chopped herbs, coriander and mayonnaise are placed in it.
With crackers and Beijing cabbage
This delicious spicy salad will appeal to lovers of spicy dishes. To prepare it, you will need:
- Middle forks of Chinese cabbage.
- 150 g of hunting sausages (smoked).
- 100 g garlic crackers.
- Fresh lettuce cucumber.
- 100 g of hot cheese.
- 1 tsp ground coriander.
- 2 tbsp. l refined oil.
- A pinch of red and black pepper.
Washed cabbage leaves are cut into thin enough straws and spread in a clean deep bowl. Slices of smoked sausages, slices of cucumber and spicy grated cheese are added there. All this is mixed with vegetable oil, coriander, red and black pepper. Before serving, sprinkle the salad with garlic croutons.
