How to bake a cupcake? As easy as pie!

Indeed, in fact, almost every housewife knows that baking a delicious cupcake is simple, it doesn’t take so many ingredients and time to prepare it. All that is needed is desire. And after a while on your table will smell delicious and delicious cake. “Easier than simple” - this, of course, refers to those mistresses who at least someday baked something. If you want to bake for the first time, then for you making a cupcake may not seem so easy. Although in fact the main thing is to observe the proportions and follow the cooking technology. For the test we need a glass of sugar, a bag of baking powder, vanilla to taste, half a glass of olive oil, two eggs, a glass of fresh milk, two and a half glasses of flour, a little lemon zest.

Beat eggs with sugar, add milk and baking powder. Instead of milk, you can use yogurt. Gently pour the prescription amount of flour pre-mixed with vanilla and mix. We lay out the dough in small cupcake tins. There are a lot of them on sale: from ordinary tin to silicone in the form of hearts or flowers. Beat eggs until fluffy, add condensed milk, mix gently. Add flour with baking powder to the resulting mixture, gently mix the resulting dough until a homogeneous consistency.

Pre-lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and line it with parchment paper, fill the dough and bake in the oven at a temperature of about 180 degrees 40 minutes. You can check the readiness of the cake by piercing it with a wooden stick. If the stick remained dry - the cupcake is ready. After baking, it remains to remove the cupcake from the mold, allow it to cool slightly and sprinkle the surface with powdered sugar.

You can try to make a cupcake on kefir. This is an inexpensive and quick to cook delicacy. First you need to beat one egg with a glass of sugar. To the resulting mixture add a glass of kefir, 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, mix. At the end, pour 1.5-2.0 cups of flour. The dough should not be very thick.

Pour the dough into a prepared (greased) form and bake in a well-heated oven until a brown crust forms. After baking, remove the cupcake from the mold, cool and pour over the melted chocolate. A delicious dessert for tea is ready!

You can add raisins, candied fruits, dried fruits, chocolate balls, nuts, poppy seeds to cupcakes - it all depends on your imagination.
