To prepare the dish you will need the following ingredients:

  • green onion - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;

Next, another fish in the oven - cod, the recipe is also uncomplicated and is designed for two persons. Ingredients:

  • cod fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • cherry tomatoes - a couple of handfuls;
  • chopped basil;
  • olive oil;
  • ground pepper;
  • salt;
  • mozzarella - 1 ball;
  • Parmesan cheese.

First cut the cherry tomatoes into halves. Then grate the parmesan, and cut the mozzarella into pieces. Preheat the oven to 220 grazusov. We put the fish in a baking dish, previously greased with olive oil. Salt the cod, pepper to taste and sprinkle with oil. Top with basil, tomatoes, mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan. To prevent the cod from becoming too dry, you can again spray with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese turns golden brown.

Baked tilapia

  • tilapia - 1 kg;
  • flour - 1 tablespoon ;
  • dill;
  • cream - 300 ml;
  • hard cheese.

Defrost the fish and grate with salt, you can also use various seasonings to taste. Put on a baking sheet, greased with oil, and sprinkle dill on top, then pour cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. White fish in the oven - recipe

We all know well that white fish is a source of protein and does not contain harmful fats. That is why such a fish in the oven is very healthy and tasty. To cook white fish in the oven, you need the following ingredients:

  • white fish fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • milk - 750 ml;
  • butter - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons of tablespoons;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper;
  • greens.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, add flour to it and fry for several minutes, stirring at the same time. Gradually add milk, stirring the mass. When it boils, remove from heat and add cheese. Then salt and stir well.

At the bottom of the form we lay out the fish fillet, pepper, salt. Then pour in the prepared sauce and bake in the oven (200 degrees) for half an hour.
