Recipe: plum pie - layered, grated, and inverted

Everyone loves homemade pies, especially if they are sweet. The filling can be with jam, condensed milk, jam or fresh fruit. Plum pie is the favorite pastry of many housewives and their home, especially in the summer, when the "plum season" begins. In winter, you can use canned fruits instead of fresh ones. Everything is baked differently - each has its own recipe. The plum pie is still tasty, thanks to its sweet and sour filling. Such pastries can be safely put on the festive table, served with breakfast with tea or brought to work to colleagues: there will be no one indifferent.

First recipe: plum pie (inverted)

To make such baked goods, you will need:

  • 500 g of plums (fresh);
  • 1.5 cups (300 g) of sugar;
  • 1 spoon (tablespoon) of vanilla sugar;
  • 2 pcs. eggs
  • 70 ml whole milk;
  • 150 g butter (butter);
  • 200 g flour (w / s);
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

How to make plum pie: recipe for cooking

  1. Grind eggs with sugar (take half of what is required by prescription) and vanilla, add pre-softened butter. Put not all: 20 g will be needed later, put it aside.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder, add mixture to eggs and beat with a mixer.
  3. Prepare a plum. Rinse, remove the bones, each split in half.
  4. In a frying pan (or other suitable for baking dishes) melt the delayed portion of the butter, pour sugar into it and stir it with a spatula until it is caramelized.
  5. When you get the right consistency, lay the plums with the cut part down. Pour the dough on top.
  6. Put the pie in the oven for 40 minutes. The baking temperature is 180 degrees. When it cools down, turn the form over and put the pie on the dish.

Second recipe: grated plum pie

A set of products for the cake:

  • 300 g of wheat flour (premium);
  • 0.2 kg of sugar (refining);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 125 g of oil;
  • 10 pieces. fresh plums;
  • cinnamon (optional, put in the filling).

Work description

  1. Make a mixture of flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Add butter (cut into cubes or grate).
  3. Attach the eggs by thoroughly stirring the mixture.
  4. Knead the dough, form a ball, cover with cling film and send to the refrigerator (for an hour).
  5. Preparation of the filling. Cut the peeled plums into small longitudinal slices, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Cut the β€œrested” dough into 2 different parts: put one, bigger one, on the bottom of the baking dish. Put plums on it and close them grated with another part of the dough.
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

That's the whole recipe. The plum pie in this case turns out to be golden in color, with soft dough, crispy top and spicy-sour filling - the combination is amazing!

Recipe Three: Layer Cake with Plum (Open)

What you need to make puff plum cake :

  • finished puff pastry - 0.5 kg;
  • oil - 80 g;
  • fresh plums - 0.7 kg;
  • sugar (refined) - 300 g;
  • whole milk - 150 ml;
  • semolina - 3 tablespoons (tablespoons).

You can prepare the dough yourself, but the semi-finished product from the store will be no worse (most importantly, find out how to choose it correctly). In addition, purchased dough will save a lot of time.

Process description

  1. Make a layer of dough. Lay it on the bottom of the baking dish, previously sprinkled with semolina. Form the sides from the edges of the formation, then sprinkle the outer surface with groats.
  2. Rinse the plums, cut into halves, remove the seeds.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over a fire, add sugar and cook, stirring occasionally.
  4. When it begins to thicken, add hot milk. While stirring, cook until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  5. The resulting cream pour plums.
  6. Pie the cake in the oven for 50 minutes. Oven at 180 degrees.
