Chicken is a versatile product. The meat of this bird is great for broths, frying, stewing, grilling. From it you can cook a lot of dishes. Chicken fillet is especially popular with cooks. It does not contain skin and bones, so working with it is easy and convenient. Meat can be fried or baked. In order to get a delicious chicken fillet, it is recommended to use sauces and marinades. It can be wrapped in foil and cooked in its own juice. Today we will focus on a dish in which one of the main components is chicken fillet. Cook the paella.
Spanish paella made of shrimp, chicken and beans
For this dish you will need:
- tomatoes (or tomatoes in their own juice) - 1 can;
- shrimp - a few pieces large or 300 g ordinary;
- chicken stock - 300 ml;
- olive oil;

- paprika and saffron;

How to cook paella
It's easy to make paella. But sometimes I want to come up with something special, such that the taste of the dish was remembered for a long time, and I wanted to relish it again and again. Therefore, today we are not looking for easy ways, but are preparing a paella for connoisseurs and gourmets. The first thing worth mentioning is shrimp. For a special smell, take not ordinary seafood, but carabinieri prawns. Remove the shell and fry it in oil. It will give the oil a reddish tint and incomparable aroma. Getting chicken stock is easy. Boil the legs and skeleton of the bird in it (if you cut the fillet from a whole chicken). Fry the legs in onion-garlic oil. Now strip the chicken fillet and beans into strips. Salt and sprinkle with paprika. Once everything is fried, add the broth. Just do not use the cubes: their taste can never be compared with a real strong chicken broth! And if you add carrots, onions, bay leaves, several buds of cloves during cooking, then it can be served as an independent dish, without additional ingredients. Tip: to make the broth saturated, boil it in a small amount of water. An important touch is saffron. Grind it with salt, pour boiling water, let it brew and pour in paella. Now it's the turn of rice. Note that it should be less than broth. They fell asleep, leveled, set moderate fire and do not touch it anymore. After 10-15 minutes it will appear on the surface.

Once the broth begins to boil, spread on the surface of the shrimp, slightly sinking them in rice. A few more minutes and the paella will be ready. Meat can be marinated in sour cream, soy sauce and mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients, add spices to taste. Cut the meat into pieces, put in the marinade. Fillet is quickly marinated, 1-2 hours are enough. After that, string the pieces on skewers and put either on the grill pan or on the air grill grate. You can use a simple pan - fry sticks on it from all sides. Serve with herbs, vegetables and rice.
