The Yugoslav playwright, screenwriter, as well as the director and producer Milos Radovic wrote the play “Soup from the Canary”. He was born in Belgrade in 1955. In 1982 he received a director's education at the Academy of Dramatic Arts of Belgrade. He worked in film, theater and television. He was a screenwriter, created commercials and short films, made many documentaries and staged a large number of performances. The play “Canary Soup” was the very first one he wrote that he saw in Russia. Milos Radovic received a large number of awards for his short films, in his piggy bank there is even a prize of the Cannes Film Festival .
