For cooking, you need 10 kilograms of cucumbers (you can large, but not overripe), 50 grams of mustard seeds, 2-3 onions, a head of garlic. We wash the vegetables and cut them in half. After this period, fill the drain. Then finely chop the onions and garlic, add them to the cucumbers. We also pour mustard. We put the marinade on the fire and dissolve sugar and salt in it. When it boils, we fill them with sliced cucumbers in mustard spread in cans. For the winter, they can be left if you first put the vegetables to warm for 20 minutes. After that, we close the pickled cucumbers with mustard tightly with lids and leave until cool. Store in a cold room.

For 3 kilograms of cucumbers you will need three onion heads, three medium-sized carrots, fresh dill and parsley, a little pepper, three large tablespoons of salt, a glass of sugar and vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. l vinegar and three large spoons of mustard dry.
