Wings cannot be called the fleshy part of the chicken carcass, but they are, of course, very tasty. And justifiably, a huge number of people attribute them to their favorite dishes.
There are countless recipes for their preparation. Fried wings are prepared, and they are also boiled, stewed and baked.
In fact, the chicken wing consists of three parts. But they are sold in a variety of ways. Very rarely - one, the fattest upper part, more often - the upper with the middle, and very often - all three, including the most extreme thin part.
Of course, this is a matter of taste, but it is best to get rid of the extreme, make an incision at the joint. And between the middle and upper parts, you can cut the membrane, leaving only the most fleshy pieces.
Fried wings in a pan or baked in the oven
Whatever cooking method you choose, the first thing you have to do is pickle them. There are many ways to do this. And the easiest way is to salt and pepper.
The addition of paprika, crushed garlic and a very small amount of mayonnaise will make them much tastier. It is enough to hold the wings in the marinade for an hour or two, and then just fry them in a pan or send them to the oven.
And you can do it differently. Slightly fry the wings with salt and pepper and set aside to cool. During this time, grate a couple of good cloves of garlic on a smaller grater or squeeze through a garlic press and mix with soft margarine. Lubricate each wing with this mixture. And no shaving, just hands! Put them on a greased baking sheet, add a little water (no more than a tablespoon) and send the baking sheet to a hot oven. Fried wings will be ready when the water boils completely. It will take about 20 minutes, no more. They will turn out fragrant and crispy, will be tasty even when cold.
Wings in a slow cooker
Modern housewives are increasingly using a slow cooker to cook a wide variety of dishes, including fried wings, for example, in mustard-sour cream sauce.
First you need to make the sauce. To 20 percent sour cream from the store add Bavarian mustard and mix with an ordinary spoon. Wings must be thoroughly rolled in the sauce.
Pour vegetable oil (a couple of spoons) into the capacity of the multicooker and spread the wings there, and use the "Menu" button to set the "Baking" mode. If there is excess sauce left, spread it over the wings. At a temperature of 180 ยบ, bake the wings for half an hour. You will have to open the lid from time to time and turn the contents over so as not to stick. And as soon as it is cooked, serve it with pasta or mashed potatoes. In any case, it will be delicious. Grilled wings
Squeeze the juice from the lemon directly onto the wings. Not much strength is required for this. Add more soy sauce, salt and pepper, sunflower oil and mix everything. For several hours, the wings should stand in the refrigerator. When the fire is lit and the coals are on the way, the wings can be laid out on the grilles, necessarily in one layer.
