Cream for cakes at home can include completely different ingredients. It is worth noting that the choice of filling for this sweet product completely depends on whether the dessert is heavy and oily or light and airy. Today we will consider a method of preparing 2 different creams, which include sour cream and semolina.
1. Chocolate and cream gelatin cream cake
Essential Ingredients:
- sour cream of 20% fat content - 450 g;
- icing sugar - 120 g;
- dark chocolate - 1.5 tiles;
- vanillin - 6-8 g;
- instant gelatin - 10 g;
- fresh and fat milk - ½ cup.
Cooking process
Chocolate cream cream for cakes at home is easy enough. To do this, beat well with a mixer 20% sour cream, icing sugar, vanillin and milk. Next, you need to separately dissolve 10 g of gelatin and pour it into the bulk. If you are preparing a chocolate dessert, then it is recommended to add a little glaze to the filling. To do this, break 1.5 tiles of dark chocolate, and then melt it over low heat, adding a little fresh milk. So that the finished cream does not curl, it is advisable to cool a little before adding the icing to the bulk. As a result of mixing all the components, you should get a liquid and sweet mass, which must be coated with all the cakes. It is worth noting that such a cream for cakes at home should be used only for biscuit desserts.
After the filling is applied to the cakes, it is recommended to put the sweet product in the refrigerator for several hours. During this time, the gelatin should freeze, making the cake tasty and more stable.
2. Light cream for semolina and banana cake
Essential Ingredients:
- semolina - 7 large spoons;
- fresh milk - 2 glasses;
- butter - 65 g;
- large ripe bananas - 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 2/3 faceted glasses.
Cooking process
Such a cream really turns out to be very light and tasty. After all, it is based on ordinary semolina. To prepare it, boil fresh milk, and then add the cereal, mix thoroughly and cook until thick (within 15-30 minutes) until all the grains are completely boiled. Next, the porridge must be removed from the stove and pour sugar into it. After the mass has cooled slightly, it must be thoroughly whipped in a blender along with softened butter.
Cream for cakes at home can be prepared using various fruits. We decided to mash some ripe bananas into slurry and also add them to the mixture of semolina and oil. As a result of intensive mixing, you should get a fairly thick, but light and very tasty cream. Due to its dense texture, it is poorly absorbed into cakes, so it is recommended to dip the biscuit in sweet syrup in advance.
Cream of semolina porridge and bananas is well suited for any desserts. It can be used in the process of making holiday cakes, and to cover various cakes.
