  • 5 tbsp. l flour;

  • 2 tbsp. l decoys;

  • 1 onion;

Rinse the dill and chop it as finely as possible.

Put onion and dill to the minced meat, mix and you can start baking.

Spread the pancakes with a spoon on a well-heated, greased, frying pan. Fry fritters on both sides until a distinctive golden crust appears.

  • 3-4 tbsp. l flour;
  • 1 onion;
  • a bunch of dill, salt and spices as needed.

You can also use any canned fish, such as saury. Everything except sprats.

Cooking

Drain the canned liquid, put the fish in a deep bowl and crush large pieces with a fork.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan until golden brown, put in a bowl, beat a couple of fresh eggs on top, add chopped dill or any other herbs to taste. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. You will get a liquid homogeneous mass.

Add flour to the bowl, gradually kneading the dough. The dough turns out to be loose, relatively liquid, so that it is convenient to take it with a spoon and spread it in a pan.

Heat the pan and pour plenty of vegetable oil. Spread in hot oil on a spoonful of pancake mass and bake. Fish is baked very quickly, so watch out for your pancakes. Fry fish fritters on both sides. If you are going to stew them in the sauce described below, fry them until the golden crust is barely showing.
