Prepared products are placed on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil in the following order: first there are circles of potatoes, half of its total mass, then onion rings, on which the meat cubes are laid out. Distribute the remaining potatoes on top. Lubricate all this with a thick layer of sour cream and put in a preheated oven for one hour. The appeared beautiful and firm crust of sour cream testifies to the complete readiness of our wonderful dish.
