Simple recipe

It is designed for 4 servings. It will take quite a few ingredients.

What do you need:

  • four steaks;
  • half a lemon (juice);
  • refined vegetable oil;
  • a spoonful of butter;
  • pepper;
  • salt.

  1. Rinse the steaks with water, pat dry, then grate with spices (salt and pepper).
  2. Pour vegetable oil onto a clean frying pan, heat it, put pieces of salmon so that there is a small distance between them. Otherwise, they will steam, and not fry, and the crisp will not work.
  3. Fry steaks for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.

  1. Cabbage divided into inflorescences. Peel the garlic, wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Grate the cheese finely.
  2. Cut the fish in portions.

Oil for frying should be taken only refined sunflower, but not olive.
