- 400 gr. dry red beans;
- 4 potato tubers;
- large onion;
- a little tomato paste, a bunch of cilantro, to taste salt and pepper.
Rinse the beans so that the cooking process does not take much time, you can soak it in warm water for several hours. After dipping into a pan, cook until cooked. Meanwhile, the
pork ribs need to be chopped into pieces, put into the finished beans, boil for about 10 minutes, then add the peeled and diced potatoes. Pass the onions in vegetable oil until a clear color, add a little, with a teaspoon, of tomato paste. Put the fry in the soup. The dish is ready when the beans and potatoes are soft. After that, you need to salt it, sprinkle it to taste with pepper and finely chopped cilantro. Serve hot with sour cream, mayonnaise, crackers or just that.
