Homemade Peanut Butter

Prepare 250 grams of raw peanuts, two tablespoons of tablespoon sunflower oil, one tablespoon of sugar, one second half of a teaspoon of salt.

Now, in order to make peanut butter, roast the peanuts in a skillet until dark spots appear on it. Note that oil does not need to be added. Only a heated skillet and nut.

Peel the peanuts, then fold them into a blender and add sunflower oil, sugar and salt. Beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

How to make peanut butter paste?

Take half a kilogram of baked peanuts, half a tablespoon of peanut butter, one half of a tablespoon of honey and a little sea salt.

To make baked peanuts, rinse it thoroughly and let it dry for about one hour. Preheat the oven (180 degrees). Mix dry peanuts in a bowl with one tablespoon of table salt and two tablespoons of sunflower oil. Then lay peanuts on baking sheets, in one layer. Bake for half an hour, then let it cool.

Now place peanuts in a blender and scroll for one minute at medium power. Knead the gruel with a spoon so that the large particles finally mix with the total mass. Repeat several times until the paste becomes homogeneous. Then add honey, oil and salt. Scroll another forty-five seconds at maximum power. Place peanut butter paste in a dry jar.

The amount of oil and salt depends on your taste. You can beat the paste in different ways. If you add more oil, it will turn out to be creamy, and for the preparation of a "crisp" paste, part of the peanuts must be added at the end of the grinding.

Despite the fact that peanuts are very useful, they can pose a threat to the human body. A strong allergic reaction to some types of protein found in peanuts is also quite possible. It manifests itself, as a rule, in the form of edema of the oral cavity, itching, but serious consequences are also possible - urticaria or eczema.

Even if a person is not allergic to peanuts, dietitians recommend consuming it in moderation. Even serious consequences can lead to the use of peanuts, which were not properly stored.
