It is also worth noting that such a beautiful and aromatic dish does not require too much cost, since it is prepared from inexpensive and simple ingredients.

Required Products:

  • fresh calf meat - 400 g;
  • large sweet bulbs - 2 pcs.;
  • allspice black - a few pinches;
  • large young zucchini - 2-3 pcs. (depends on the number of guests);
  • table salt - 1 dessert spoon ;
  • refined vegetable oil - 35 ml (for roasting meat);
  • ripe tomato - red and yellow - 4 pcs.;
  • fat mayonnaise - 200 g;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • fresh greens - to decorate the dish.

Baked zucchini with minced meat in the oven can be made from any kind of meat (pork, lamb, chicken, etc.). We decided to purchase fresh boneless veal and plenty of fat. It must be washed, cut into pieces and chopped in a blender. To make the filling more aromatic, it is recommended to add 2 heads of onion to the minced meat. It can be finely chopped, but it is better to turn it into pulp using a meat grinder. After this, the ingredients must be combined, salt and pepper.
