I think pizza doesn't need to be introduced. Among us there are those who simply adore her, and those who cannot stand the spirit. But the first, probably still more. Usually, when you want to treat yourself to this delicious dish, we go to the pizzeria or order pizza at home. And only those who, in principle, love to cook, decide to spend some of their time and cook pizza at home. Actually, there is nothing complicated in this. Pizza with mushrooms and sausage is perhaps the most common option. Firstly, both products are always at hand, secondly, pizza is very tasty and satisfying, and thirdly, you do not need to have any supernatural skills to cook it.
Pizza with mushrooms and sausage
For cooking, we need the following products: four hundred grams of flour, 60 ml of milk and water, thirty grams of sugar, two eggs, twenty grams of yeast, one hundred and fifty grams of butter. As a filling, we will take salted mushrooms in the amount of two hundred grams, one hundred and fifty grams of cheese (what kind of pizza without cheese), as well as three hundred grams of any sausage (smoked, boiled). We also need tomato sauce, its amount you determine by personal preference.
So, pizza with mushrooms and sausage is prepared like this. Mix yeast with sugar, add warm water. Mix the mass well and put in a warm place so that the yeast comes up. Pour flour into a large bowl, add a whole egg to it, and only protein from the other (do not throw out the yolk). Pour in a suitable dough, milk. Knead the dough. If the dough is not quite cool, add flour as necessary. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, grease the last with butter (previously melted and mixed with egg yolk). Knead the dough again and leave it alone for a few minutes. Roll out again, grease again, knead. We repeat all this two more times. When you knead the dough for the last time, put it in a warm place for twenty-five minutes to make it fit.
We lay the finished dough on a baking sheet (or a round plate in the case of baking in a microwave oven), leaving small borders on the edges (to make it convenient to put the filling). Lubricate the dough with tomato sauce, do it well with the edges, otherwise they will be dry. Put evenly salted mushrooms on top of the sauce, sausage on top. Smear everything again with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese (best grated cheese on a fine grater, it will be tastier).
Now attention. If your pizza with mushrooms and sausage is baked in the oven, you will have to spend a little more time. I suggest you bake pizza in the microwave. Remember that for baking you need to use special dishes for microwave ovens, for example, glass. Set the average power level and bake pizza for about twenty-five minutes.
In the same way, just pizza with mushrooms and cheese can be cooked. It is not surprising to guess that the process will occur without the addition of sausages.
Pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes
In general, mushroom pizzas turn out very tasty, regardless of what accompanying products you will use. For example, I love mushroom pizza with tomatoes, so I decided to share her recipes with you.
We will need a yeast dough. I think how to cook it, you already know. At least, you can do the same as I described a little higher. For the filling we need fresh champignons, tomatoes, onions, cheese, ketchup or tomato paste.
Preparation: Roll out the finished yeast dough, grease with ketchup. Put onion on top, it can be fried slightly beforehand, but this is not necessary. Put the mushrooms on the onion (cut them into thin slices). On top are the same thin plates of tomatoes. We fill everything with grated cheese. We bake in the oven at a temperature of one hundred eighty degrees for fifteen minutes.
