The drug "Artro Active" is a dietary supplement, which is a source of polyphenols, phytosterols and organic acids.
The properties of the components that make up the drug "Arthro Active", instructions for its use are described as follows:
- frankincense extract (dry resin of the Boswellia plant) is able to block the production of RT, which enhance inflammation in the joint;
- turmeric root contains polyphenols that stimulate protective mechanisms (detoxification enzymes and cytoprotective proteins) that prevent the acute phase of the inflammatory process from becoming chronic;
- The extract of cedar seeds contains phytosterols that inhibit the activity of aggressive factors that destroy not only cartilage, but also other tissues that make up the joint.
The form of release and composition of the drug "Arthro Active" instructions for its use are described in this way. This medicine is available in the form of capsules and tablets, which contain three hundred milligrams of active substances, namely:
- oil extract of Siberian cedar seeds and turmeric roots - two hundred sixty seven milligrams,
- extract from dry resin of frankincense tree - thirty milligrams,
- Natural essential lemon oil - three millimeters.
Each blister contains twenty pieces of capsules or tablets.
In addition to active active substances, the preparation also contains auxiliary substances - microcrystalline cellulose, identical to the natural flavoring “Cream”, calcium stearate.
Four tablets of a medicinal substance contain one hundred percent of the recommended substances for joint use such as glucosamine sulfate (five hundred milligrams) and chondroitin sulfate (four hundred milligrams).
Indications for the use of the medicinal substance "Arthro Active" instructions for its use include the following:
- osteoarthritis and osteoarthritis, including those combined with gastropathy caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (they may include erosion and ulcers of the stomach and duodenum);
- rheumatoid, juvenile, psoriatic arthritis ;
- synovitis;
- pain in the spinal column and back as a whole;
- spinal osteochondrosis, spondylarthrosis;
- Ankylosing spondylitis (ankylosing spondylitis );
- An acute period of traumatic joint damage.
Contraindications for the use of this drug in the instructions are as follows:
- individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug "Artro Active";
- pregnancy;
- lactation.

The dosage and method of use of the drug "Artro Active" instructions for its use include the following:
- it is taken orally, washed down with water during meals;
- It is recommended for children over twelve years of age and adults to take two capsules twice or three times a day.
Regardless of the form in which the drug "Arthro Active" is taken, will it be capsules or tablets, the course of treatment is from two to four weeks. Between courses it is recommended to take at least a two-week break. The number of courses is determined by the attending physician.

Side effects of this medication are quite rare and are expressed in the form of heartburn and a feeling of heaviness, localized in the hypochondrium on the right.
The shelf life of this medicine is two years, but this is subject to storage in a dry room, the temperature in which does not exceed twenty-five degrees Celsius.
