The first thing that came to my mind was manti with meat and potatoes. Manti are very similar to dumplings, but they are steamed. Someone likes closed manti, but I like to cook open. For the test we need 1 egg, 100 ml of boiled water, a couple of glasses of flour, a spoonful of vegetable oil and salt. Knead the dough like dumplings - it's cool so that it can be rolled out without difficulty. In general, many main courses with meat suggest the use of dough.

For the filling, we need 3-4 raw potatoes (if you want more clearly, you can use less potatoes and more minced meat), 400 grams of homemade minced meat (1/2 part of beef and ½ part of pork), onion, salt and pepper if desired. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, chop the onion. Combine everything with minced meat, salt and mix. It is not necessary to fry the filling, it must be raw, so the taste of meat is preserved better. Then we roll the juices from the finished dough, put the filling in the center and pinch the edges so that a small hole remains on top. Manty is placed in a double boiler or a manty boil, cook for 30 minutes for a couple. When the manti are ready, serve them necessarily hot. I additionally season with sour cream and herbs, it turns out incredibly tasty. Such recipes for meat dishes good in that they are very satisfying and can easily feed the whole family.

I want to pay special attention to such a meat dish as chicken with pepper and wine. It sounds original and the taste of this dish is simply amazing. In fact, the recipe resembles stew with vegetables and meat. So, for cooking we need: a pound of chicken, one red bell pepper, two large onions, a couple of raw potatoes, one tomato, garlic (a clove is enough), white table wine 100 ml, salt, herbs and spices if desired.

Chicken fillet cut into small sticks, spread in a pan with butter, fry a little. Then add chopped onion and pepper, fry for a couple of minutes, salt and mix. Then pour the wine, it perfectly softens the meat, the pieces will simply melt in the mouth. Stew a little. Then spread the potatoes, diced and tomato. Add garlic to the dish just before cooking. On average, it takes about an hour to cook. We put the finished dish on a plate, decorate beautifully with herbs and serve.

In general, the preparation of main dishes from meat takes longer than just vegetable dishes, but they are more satisfying and tasty.
