The life of a writer
Interesting and rich in impressions, filled with meetings with children, their parents, the life of a person with a capital letter is the person who gave life to our contemporaries.
Kozlov Sergey was born in the Moscow courtyard on August 22, 1939. An inquisitive and quick-witted boy, already in elementary school, became the author of his first poems and fairy tales. Youthful enthusiasm grew up in a great desire to write interesting exciting tales for children. The purposeful boy set himself goals that he had been pursuing at school.
Sergey Kozlov, whose biography is not known to many, graduated from high school, then became a student at the Literary Institute, learned the skills of a turner at a factory, taught at a school, taught children singing lessons, and conducted guided tours to the Pushkin Nature Reserve in the village of Mikhailovskoye. Communication with people gradually filled his work with meaning, subtle humor, and most importantly, good.
When was the fairy tale born?
In the early 60s, a novice writer found his vocation in writing fairy tales for kids. Meetings with children, conversations brought his work to a new level. The animation needed interesting authors writing scripts for cartoons that would be interesting to watch with the kids and their parents, grandparents. Kozlov Sergey used his imagination to create magical stories.
One of the favorite films for children is “How a Lion Cub and a Turtle Sang a Song”. In any preschool institution they sing a fun song of a carefree Lion cub on matinees. And what a clever Turtle, calm, friendly. Only a kind person by nature could write this way.
