  • small iodized salt - ½ spoon;

Cooking rolls with jam should begin with kneading a rich yeast base. To do this, you need to take a large enameled dish, pour in fat milk and heat over low heat to about 40 degrees. Next, sugar should be dissolved in a warm milk drink. After that, dry granular yeast should be poured into the sweetened liquid and wait for them to swell for a quarter of an hour.
