I repeat, these are only very similar dishes, but not the same thing. Interestingly, even in the case of cooking potato pancakes, a considerable number of recipes were developed. Someone thinks that potato pancakes can only be made from potatoes that have been grated on a very fine grater. There are those who do the opposite, i.e. for baking dishes uses only potatoes, grated on a coarse grater. It is also interesting that even the potato mass itself is of three types. So decide for yourself. After the potatoes are chopped, you need to immediately start frying, otherwise it will darken. Do not forget to add salt and a little flour to taste (for density), although I usually fry pancakes without flour.
Preheat the pan and spread the potato mass on it with a spoon, fry on both sides until golden. Serve potato pancakes with sour cream or greasy fry.

And now Iโll talk about how to cook potato pancakes according to an improved recipe. Take a kilogram of potatoes, one onion, carrots and an egg, three tablespoons of table flour, vegetable oil, salt, a bunch of dill, salt.
Preparation: Grate potatoes on a fine grater, add finely chopped onions, carrots, dill to the mass, then an egg. Pour in flour and add salt to taste. Mix well. Bake potato pancakes in a preheated pan until golden brown. The dish will turn out very tasty and unusual. A special piquancy will give him carrots. Be sure to try.
How to cook potato pancakes, you already know. Have you heard that the exact same dish can be prepared from zucchini? Personally, I already tried to do this and, you know, I was satisfied. I didnโt think that zucchini pancakes could turn out so tasty.
Take two zucchini, three cloves of garlic, one egg, as well as pepper, flour and salt. Peel the zucchini, grate on the smallest grater. If the zucchini suddenly turns out to be too juicy, then the mass will have to be pressed a little. Add squeezed garlic to the squash mass, add salt, pepper, mix well and add one egg. Everything mixes well again, add as much flour to make zucchini dough as thick sour cream. Bake in a preheated pan until golden brown. Serving zucchini pancakes is also possible with sour cream.
