We need three hundred grams of any fish, two hundred grams of sea ​​cocktail in the freeze, one bell pepper, one onion, four garlic cloves, three tomatoes, a glass of tomato juice, seasoning and salt to taste. First, we clear all vegetables from the peel and seeds, and the fish fillet from bones. Cut the onion in half rings. We turn tomatoes into cubes, and pepper into straws. Fry fish with onions in a Teflon pan without adding oil. We take a small saucepan and pour tomato juice into it . Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
