Onion pie on margarine
Ingredients: one and a half glasses of flour, 135 g of margarine, soda - on the tip of a knife, 70 g of sour cream, salt, 3 eggs, pepper, 2 processed cheese, 4 onion heads.
Cooking method:
Cut margarine into small pieces, and then mix with flour, sour cream, salt and soda, thus kneading the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Onion pie in milk
Ingredients: 450 ml of milk, 90 g of sour cream, salt, 2 eggs, a packet of creamy margarine, slaked vinegar, half a teaspoon, pepper, 2 onions, half a head of cabbage, 230 g of cheese.
Cooking method:
Add sour cream, salt, cream margarine, soda, slaked with vinegar, to the sifted flour, a little water and knead the dough. Then wrap it in film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a cream margarine in a pan. Chop the cabbage and add it to the roasting onion. When the cabbage becomes soft, salt it, add grated cheese, pepper, and beat in raw eggs. One protein must be left in order to grease the cake later.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into two unequal parts. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and put on it most of the dough, bending the edges up. Spread the filling evenly and then cover it on top with the second part of the dough, combining the edges of the upper and lower layers. Puncture the pie with a knife in several places and grease with whipped protein. Put in the oven. In half an hour the cake will be ready. Let it cool slightly, cut and serve.
Kefir onion pie
Ingredients: a glass of kefir, 3 cups flour, 20 g sugar, yeast, 320 g cheese, 240 g mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 2 onions, 110 g margarine.
Cooking method:
Melt margarine and beat it with eggs and sugar. Then add yeast, kefir and flour diluted in slightly warm water. Knead the dough, and then remove for 12 hours in the refrigerator. After that, roll out so that its thickness is about a centimeter, and put on a baking sheet pre-greased with margarine, sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Wrap the edges of the dough. Top with onions, chopped into thin rings, grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the future pie in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
Leek pie
Ingredients: puff pastry (600 g), leek (700 g), pepper, butter (65 g), salt, smoked bacon (60 g), 2 eggs, milk (100 ml).
Cooking method:
Cut the onion into thin slices, put in a pan and simmer in butter, adding a little water until it becomes soft. Put part of the dough into the mold. Put a layer of leek and bacon on it. Salt, pepper. Close the cake with the remaining dough, covering the edges. Make a hole in the center. For rouge, grease with an egg and place in the oven. Beat the second egg, salt and mix with milk. After half an hour, remove the pie, pour the mixture into the hole and put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes. After that, the onion pie will be ready.
