Pea soup with pork "Original"

Required Products:

500 g pork

400 g dried peas (a mixture of yellow and green)

150 g carrots

200 g of potatoes

150 g onion

some paprika

bay leaf, black pepper, rast. frying oil and salt.

Cooking method:

Place the peas in cold water for several hours, rinse the pork, cut into small pieces and, pouring pre-cold water, boil the broth. After boiling the broth, toss peas and cook for 40 minutes. Cut carrots into thin slices, chop onions. Sauté the onions and carrots a bit until tender. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the pan, after a couple of minutes put the vegetables there too. Before turning off the soup, it should be salted and seasoned with bay leaves, peas of black pepper and paprika.

This pea soup with pork is also good because during fasting it can be easily prepared not on meat broth, that is, just on the water. It will turn out no worse!

Pea soup with pork meat "Grandma"

Required Products:

500 g of pork meat

200 g dried peas

1 parsley root

150 g carrots

150 g onions

several tbsp. l cooking oils

salt, spices.

Cooking method:

Soak the peas, cook the meat broth and place all the peas without residue. Next, you need to cook for about 40 minutes, until the peas soften. Finely chop the onion head, parsley and carrots, and fry a little. Put vegetables in boiling broth 15 minutes before cooking is complete. Season the dish to taste. Serve soup with croutons or crackers.

Pea soup with pork "Lick your fingers"

Required Products:

400 g pork meat

200 g peas

300 g potatoes

150 g onions

200 g carrots

a piece of fresh bacon

salt, spices to taste.

Soak peas, cook broth from chopped meat. Put the peas in the prepared broth and cook it until tender. Dice the potatoes and add to the pan. Melt lard in a pan, add chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Chop the carrots on a medium grater and add to the onion, fry them all together until tender. Add vegetables to the soup, let it boil, add salt and put spices. Serve with croutons.
