Preparation of meat product for heat treatment

It should be especially noted that when choosing this ingredient, it is necessary to check with the seller whether the carcass is broiler or is it intended for making soup. If you accidentally purchased a meat product for the broth, then in the oven it will not bake well enough, it will turn out tough and tasteless.

Vegetable preparation
