Ingredients:
- Chicken meat (preferably fillet) - 400 g.
- Mushrooms - 400 g.
- Cheese - 400 g.
- Sour cream - 150 g.
- Onion head.
- A spoonful of wheat flour.

We prepare by stages:
- Boil chicken meat in salted water, let it cool, cut into small pieces.
- Rinse the mushrooms well, cut into slices, salt and mix.
- Peel the onion and chop.
- Coarsely grate the cheese.
- Fry the onions first in a heated frying pan, then add the mushrooms and fry them all together for 10 minutes, mix if necessary.

For the recipe we will need:
- half a kilo of any mushrooms,
- a jar of sour cream,
- 4 onion heads,
- a spoon of flour
- butter.
How to cook a dish:
First you need to sort and clean the mushrooms, rinse them well and cut into pieces.
Transfer the mushrooms to the pan and boil for about 15 minutes. Once ready, discard the mushrooms in a colander and rinse under cold water.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry with mushrooms, stirring occasionally.
Slightly fry the flour in a separate pan, add 1/4 package of butter to it and add 400 g of water, let the sauce thicken. It is important to boil the sauce over low heat without stopping to bother.
Pour sour cream into the finished sauce and boil for 60 seconds.
