  • 250 ml of any sour cream;
  • some grated cheese;
  • salt, curry seasoning, half a bunch of fresh basil, vegetable oil and salt.

Prepare the vegetables so that you get the most delicious casserole: wash the zucchini, potatoes, tomato, and then cut into slices, chop the onions, and grate the carrots. Finely chop the basil. Now the bottom of the baking dish needs to be lined with paper, sprinkle with crackers on top and put on them half the number of potato slices. Grease a layer with sour cream and cheese sauce. This is followed by a turn of zucchini, tomatoes, carrots and onions. Pour the sauce, after again you need to lay out a layer of potatoes and pour it with the remaining sour cream dressing.
