The ingredients are the same 700-800 grams of fillet, a spoonful of coriander seeds, 5 garlic cloves, 3 medium-sized onions, a spoonful of red hot pepper, a few tablespoons of vinegar, a spoonful of salt and 2 sugars, greens, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.

How to cook

  1. We heat a frying pan (such as a wok, with high sides), add oil there and quickly fry hot peppers in it.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Chop the garlic and herbs.
  3. We mix soy sauce with coriander and salt in a separate container, as well as pepper, sugar and vinegar. Next, we combine all this with sliced ​​fish or straws, cover and set down the refrigerator for several hours. During this time, mix several times.
