Pork rolls with prunes
It will take 0.5 kg of pork tenderloin, 90 g of prune, onion, 120 g of fresh mushrooms, 55 g of hard cheese, 120 g of bacon, vegetable oil,
ground black pepper. The meat must be cut into layers of 1-1.5 cm thick and
beat off. Onions and mushrooms are finely chopped, fried, mixed with prunes and grated cheese. For each slice of meat, lay the prepared stuffing and fold. Pork rolls are wrapped in a strip of bacon and spread on a baking sheet or in a heat-resistant form, greased with a small amount of oil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 195-200 degrees until fully cooked.
Pork rolls with fruit filling
For 1 kg of pork pulp you will need 140 g of prunes and dried apricots, 1 can of pineapples, garlic, 250 g of mayonnaise, a little flour, 120 g of Dutch or any hard cheese, herbs for decoration. The meat is cut into portions and beaten, then marinated in a mixture of garlic and mayonnaise in the refrigerator. For each slice of pork, lay several cubes of pineapple, prunes and dried apricots, wrap them with a roll and dress them with thread. Pork rolls are fried over high heat in a pan, then the threads are removed and the meat is transferred to the stewpan. Add the remaining pineapples, dried apricots and prunes. The flour is stirred in pineapple juice and the meat is poured so that it is completely covered with liquid. Cooking rolls is necessary for an hour, then you need to put them on a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, garnish with herbs.
Cardinal rolls
For cooking, you will need 650-700 g of pork, garlic, crushed walnuts, a glass of milk, flour, an egg, a little vegetable oil. For the test, flour is mixed with egg and milk, while the consistency should be like a pancake. Pork is cut into portions and beaten. Finely chopped greens, add crushed walnuts and finely chopped garlic. Stuffing is laid out on slices of meat and rolled. Pork rolls are dipped in dough and fried until golden brown. Then put the rolls on a baking sheet or in a heat-resistant form and bake in the oven.
Rolls "Volynsky"
You need to take 1 kg of pork ham or loin, 200 g of any hard cheese,
for example, Dutch, 160-180 g of ham, several gherkins, 3 tablespoons of thick sour cream and tomato sauce. Rinse and dry the loin, cut into thin slices, not thicker than 1 cm. Beat the meat slices with a wooden hammer through a cling film. Cut cucumbers, cheese and ham into thin strips. On each plate of meat put the stuffing, sprinkle with chopped herbs, curl and fasten with toothpicks or threads.
In hot vegetable oil, fry the rolls until crusted. Mix sour cream with ketchup, add some hot broth or water. Put the rolls in a mold, pour in half a tomato-sour cream mixture. Cover the mold with foil or a lid, bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees. At the end of the stew, you can remove the foil to get a beautiful crust. The meat according to this recipe is very juicy and tender, the filling very enriches the taste of the dish. The composition of the filling can be changed.
Rolls with breadcrumbs
You will need lean pork pulp, breadcrumbs, dill, sour cream, wheat flour, milk, eggs. In order to prepare the filling, pour the breadcrumbs with boiling milk and mix. Then add 1 raw egg and 2 minced eggs . Season with pepper, add chopped herbs. Thoroughly beat off the meat, put the filling in the middle of each piece, roll it up. Fry over high heat, bring to readiness in the oven.
