Choosing a picnic meal is an important and very important task that you need to take seriously. An unsuccessful choice of dishes threatens not only a spoiled mood, health can also suffer. Some products deteriorate fairly quickly in the heat, and they are in principle not recommended for outdoor use. Other dishes can not stand shaking and transportation, sometimes they are simply inconvenient to eat, dispensing with the minimum of cutlery and furniture that they usually take with them.
Sandwiches for a picnic seem to be the safest option. And you can supplement them with a fragrant kebab or ribs on the grill.

There are a lot of advantages: picnic sandwiches will be fresh and not rumpled, you can not set the table right away, but, for example, when everyone walks through the woods or bathes, you can involve all the participants in the cooking process and everyone can prepare a “sandwich of their dreams”. However, if you decide to prepare a snack on the spot, you must know in advance what products and in what form to bring with you.

So, we take the basis for any sandwich - sliced black and white bread. Slices can be slightly dried. We take a lot of bread - this is the most necessary product, which, moreover, tends to end quickly. Recipes for sandwiches for a picnic can be any, because it’s for them that we select the rest of the ingredients. Be sure to take sausage and cheese, even if you do not like this classic combination, among your friends there will certainly be at least one supporter of traditional dishes. We also take vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, peppers, onions. They must be washed, but whole. Greens - parsley, dill, cilantro - mine and put in a separate bag. We pay special attention to sandwich masses - these are special mixtures of different products that are spread on bread. They need to be prepared in advance, for example 2-3 hours before exiting, and put into plastic containers. Be sure to take mayonnaise (many sandwiches for a picnic are prepared with this sauce), butter, canned food (tuna, cod liver oil are great for snacks), gherkins, olives. You can supplement all this variety with meat and fish delicacies in the cut.
