Cooking Baked Salmon

Baked Salmon with Herb Sauce

Cut 800 grams of fish into small portions and place them in a baking dish (it is better to use ceramic), the fish should lie tight. Top with salt, a little pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Sauce. In a bowl, beat three egg yolks and 300 ml cream. Grate half the zest of one lemon, add two small tablespoons of mustard and chopped greens (10 grams of dill, parsley, tarragon). Mix.

Pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 25 minutes.

Baked salmon with vegetables

About two kilograms of salmon fillet cut into slices with a diameter of five centimeters and lay on a baking sheet with the skin up.

Two medium onions, two sweet peppers and two tomatoes, finely chopped and folded into a cup. Salt, pepper, add herbs and seasonings, season with vegetable oil (more oils), stir and lay the mixture on top of the fish.

Bake for 50 minutes. During this time, the vegetables will give juice and fish, well soaked, it will become very juicy and tasty.

Baked Salmon with Broccoli

Cut half a kilogram of salmon into thick slices, grate each with salt, pepper, sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. Allow to marinate for half an hour, then dip in water already boiling on the stove and boil for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the broccoli cabbage (half a kilogram), pour into boiling water, add salt and boil for 10 minutes.

Sauce. Beat 4 eggs, a glass of milk and half a glass of cream. In the resulting mixture, grate 150 grams of hard cheese, salt, add nutmeg and pepper.

Put the fish in the baking dish, put the boiled broccoli on top and pour in the milk sauce. Bake for 20 minutes.

Baked salmon in foil

Initially preparing the sauce. Squeeze the juice from one lemon, add a tablespoon of honey and the same amount of mustard. Add pepper and salt, mix well.

Now cut the salmon meat into pieces, each of which is greased with the prepared sauce. Then wrap them individually in foil. Bake for half an hour. Baked salmon goes well with spinach.

Baked salmon in sour cream sauce

Cut 1.5 kilograms of salmon into pieces, pepper and sprinkle each of them with squeezed lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Put the frying pan on a large fire, pour vegetable oil and fry salmon slices for one minute on each side to form a crust. Next, put the fish in a baking dish.

Sauce. Cut a bunch of green onions and put in a fry in butter. After a minute, send him a large spoonful of mustard, salt, add pepper or any other seasonings and pour half a liter of sour cream. Let the sauce boil for five minutes.

Pour salmon with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top and bake for 20 minutes.

Baked Salmon. Cooking steak

Sauce. 4 slices of bread (preferably white) put in a blender, add a branch of rosemary, a bunch of parsley, white pepper. There, grate the zest of half a lemon and pour olive oil (100 ml). Grind everything, but do not turn it into porridge.

Cut the salmon fillet into pieces of the required size, each of which is coated with the prepared breading, pressing it tightly, the piece should be completely covered.

Put the steaks on a baking sheet, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes (the baking time depends on the size of the steaks).
