This article will tell you how to cook a chic lunch or dinner from a product such as chicken meat, or rather, chicken thighs.

It is important to remember that no matter how we cook chicken thighs, this product should be as fresh as possible. It is advisable that the bird was not too old, otherwise its meat is simply not suitable for cooking some dishes. Hips make great soups as well as main courses or pies.

The chicken semi-finished products that can be found on the shelves of any self-respecting grocery store are famous for the fact that they are quite simple to prepare. Of the hips alone, an experienced hostess or professional chef will offer you dozens of great dishes. Some of them are described below.

Chicken thighs in cheese. Rinse the hips thoroughly and let the meat dry a little. Then simmer it in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, into which, if necessary, add a little boiled water for twenty minutes. During the time the meat is stewed, we take two eggs and half a glass of milk, add two hundred grams of finely grated Russian cheese, pepper, salt and greens to them, and mix thoroughly. When the meat has cooled a little, dip each piece into the resulting mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Now fry the pieces of meat in a hot pan until golden brown (until cooked) and our dish is ready.

Barbecue chicken. Due to the fact that chicken thighs are, first of all, very tender and soft meat, they are often used to make kebab. We take the washed meat (at the rate of two hundred grams per serving) and rub it with sour cream mixed with spices. As spices, it is best to use red and black pepper, caraway seeds, Provencal herbs and mustard powder. You can add and combine them based on personal preferences and taste.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt two tablespoons of butter, pour half a glass of orange and a tablespoon of lemon juice, add soy sauce, half a glass of honey and mustard to taste. We keep the resulting sauce on fire for two minutes, stirring constantly. Then it is necessary to cool and pour meat on them. After seven to eight hours, the meat can be spread on a wire rack or baking sheet and fry for half an hour (or until cooked) on low heat or charcoal, periodically pouring marinade sauce.

Chicken thighs with mushrooms. To do this, remove the bone from the thighs of the bird, and slightly discard the resulting fillet. For one serving, as in previous recipes, we use two hundred grams of meat. Based on four servings, take three hundred grams of fresh champignons, thoroughly rinse and clean them, chop and fry with onions in a hot frying pan. Olive oil is best used, but any other vegetable is suitable. After the fried mushrooms cool slightly, put them on the meat and wrap it in rolls. We fry these rolls until cooked, first dumping them in the egg and breadcrumbs.
