- In a separate bowl we breed yeast in warm water.
- We wait until they completely dissolve, and we add salt and granulated sugar.
- Mix the mixture thoroughly and pour it into the flour sifted through a sieve.
- Add the required amount of mayonnaise and knead a tough dough.
- We cover it with a towel and clean it in a dry and warm place for an hour and a half.
- As soon as the dough rises, sprinkle the table with flour and roll it into a tourniquet.
- Separate small pieces from the dough, form cakes and spread the filling on them. In this recipe you can use, for example, potatoes, eggs, cottage cheese or jam and pieces of fruit.
- Wrap the edges of the cakes, transfer the pies to a baking sheet covered with parchment, and send the future baking to the oven.

Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 500 grams;
- mayonnaise - 125 grams;
- milk - 100 grams;
- water - 125 grams;
- salt;
- sugar - 35 grams;
- dry yeast - 8-10 grams.
As a filling, we will need onions and white cabbage.
Step cooking
Our actions are as follows:
- First you need to activate dry yeast. To do this, grind them with sugar and salt. Heat the milk and pour it into the mixture.
- Then add a couple of tablespoons of flour and a little water. Mix and leave the products in this form for ten minutes.
- Sift the flour to make it more airy and saturated with oxygen.
- Pour flour into a bowl with yeast and add mayonnaise.
- Knead the dough and remove it to the side for two hours.
- While the dough is coming up, we’ll do the filling. Peel the onion from the top layer and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the cabbage.
