Want to make a hearty meal, such as a roast? There are really a lot of options for its preparation. Even if you just add seasoning like hop-suneli, you can already say that the dish will differ in taste from other recipes. You can try to limit yourself to one category, say, let it be roast with mushrooms in a pot, and still there will be plenty of reasons for a creative argument. Then you need to divide the dough. It should turn out 6 parts. They need to be rolled into round "caps". They close the pots, crushing the dough around the edges. Place the pots in the oven, which should already be heated to 180 degrees. Estimated cooking time 1 hour.
Another variant of the dish is “roast with mushrooms in pots”.
In this case, the roast with mushrooms and meat will be obtained from the following products. Pork - about a pound, possibly 400g, fresh mushrooms - about 300g, some potatoes, 1 onion, to taste salt, pepper. Next, the potatoes must be cut into cubes. Mushrooms this time also need to be cut into cubes. Cut the meat into small pieces. Then chop the onion.
Put half the harvested potatoes in pots on the bottom. Put half the onion in the next layer. Next comes the mushroom layer, slightly salted. Then lay the pork in a layer, salt and pepper. Now you need to lay out the remaining onion. On top of it is a layer of unused potatoes. The oven should already be heated to 180 degrees. Pour all the pots with water or broth. After an hour, the dish can be served.
Sometimes the ingredients are replaced. For example, you can add sour cream or cream. You can cook the roast with mushrooms in pots according to the following recipe. Cook the products:
- 600 gr meat, take pork;
- 400 gr. only fresh mushrooms;
- 5-6 pcs. large potato;
- carrot;
- several onions;
- garlic;
- a bunch of greenery;
- 100 gr. butter, it can be replaced with a glass of sour cream;
- seasoning to taste.
Quickly brown the pork in the pan. Put on the bottom of the pots. Coarsely chop the onion and fry. Next, put a layer of sautéed carrots. Thin slices cut mushrooms, fry. They are put on carrots. Sliced potatoes, fry. This will be the last layer. Then add spices, butter (as an option - sour cream). Pour plenty of water. Cover tightly. Cook the roast with mushrooms in a preheated oven for half an hour or about 40 minutes.
