Barbecue with zucchini

We need half a kilogram of breasts or thighs 4 young zucchini of medium size. They need to be cleaned and cut into thin plates along. In addition, you will need coriander (you can not spare it, kebab only comes out better); fresh mint leaves (handful); 5 cloves of garlic, large; 5-6 large onions (cut into small half rings). Even in this marinade for chicken kebab add juice (freshly squeezed, i.e. natural) 1 lemon and zest from it. And finally, black pepper, salt (all to taste), vegetable oil. Now cooking. We cut the meat into small portioned portions, put it in an enameled bowl or pan. Squash strips sent for half a minute in salted boiling water for blanching, then take out and let drain. We also prepare the marinade for
chicken kebab. To do this, all components, except oil, should be crushed with a blender into a single-component mass. Pour in oil, mix. Add zucchini to the meat and season with marinade. chicken legs. But pork or lamb must be pickled for at least night. Then we do everything as usual: we put the barbecue on skewers. Slices of fresh tomatoes and rings of fresh onions can be placed between pieces of meat. Fry for a short time, turning over so that the dish does not burn. Serve with parsley, fresh or pickled cucumbers.
