The proportions depend only on how much salad you want to cook, for example, take one serving:


- a large fresh cucumber;
- a pair of lettuce leaves;
- clove of lilac garlic;
- dill and parsley, a pair of twigs;

- extra virgin olive oil;
- some salt and pepper.

Light salad, recipe "Grilled prawn"

The name of the dish can be misleading about its "high" calorie content for those who first read it. However, this is really a light salad, the recipe is very simple, and the secret is that the skin is removed from the chicken breast, which contains a huge amount of fat and kilocalories, therefore, after its removal, only white diet meat remains.

Ingredients:


- 900 g fillet of fresh chicken breast;
- five quail eggs;
- 12 cherry tomatoes;
- sour small apple;
- a pair of lettuce leaves;
- a small lilac onion;
- 30 ml unsweetened yogurt;
- 30 ml of tomato paste;
- 13 ml of cognac;
- coarse salt and spices to taste.

Easy salad recipe


1. Rinse the fillet and place in a prepared sleeve, add salt and spices there.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
3. Peel the purple onion and chop finely.
4. Peel the apple from the peel and viscera, cut into small cubes.
5. Mix yogurt with ketchup and cognac in a separate bowl and put in the refrigerator.

- 330 g of fresh large shrimp;
- 220 g of crab straw;
- 110 g of hard cheese;
- a few lettuce leaves;
- a large fresh cucumber or two medium;
- light lemon mayonnaise.

Cooking Surf


1. Rinse and boil the shrimp, then peel and rinse with boiling water to wash off excess.
2. Make crab sticks with short sticks.
3. Lather and pick leaves of lettuce.
4. Peel and finely chop the cucumber into circles.
5. Grate cheese or cut into very thin "petals".
