Mix regular sugar (half a cup) with brown in a large bowl and add the butter that has reached room temperature. Mix everything well until it becomes a friable mixture. Now add the eggs and vanilla, stir until the mass is lush and light. In a third bowl, combine soda and salt with flour. Add what happened to sugar and mix gently with a mixer at low speed. Do not bother for long, otherwise the cookies will be tough. Roll out the finished dough into balls of about three centimeters, roll them in a mixture of sugar with cinnamon. The right ingredients:
