When the cake is cooked in half an hour, take it out and simply pour the cream on top. Additionally, nothing needs to be done. Return the cake pan back to the oven after turning off the gas or setting it to the minimum. Let the cake stand like this for another ten minutes. 12. After a lapse of time open the lid of the multicooker and pour the cream on top of the pie.

13. Set the “Warm up” function for ten minutes.

Cooking tips

  1. You can choose any baking dish: silicone, iron, ordinary sheet from the oven, and so on.
  2. You can take a smaller amount of cream, for example, 200 grams. But then the sugar cake will turn out less soaked.
  3. Cream for cream must be at least chilled, but not frozen. If they are warm, then there will be difficulties with whipping.
  4. To decorate the cake, use different berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, currants, seedless cherries and so on) and nuts.
  5. It’s better to choose a slightly sour berry, because the pie will turn out quite sweet enough.
  6. To sprinkle the pie on top, you can take not ordinary, but brown sugar. This way you give the dessert a little color.
  7. For aroma, add vanilla sugar or some aromatic essences (for example, condensed milk) to the dough. You can also use citrus zest, previously ground.
