  • a few liters (about 3) apple juice;
  • half a packet (about 100 grams) of sour cream;
  • liquid honey with a volume of 50 ml;
  • 50 ml olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of salt, a spoonful of coriander, a spoonful of a mixture of peppers (black, red and allspice);
  • garnish potatoes - 6-8 tubers;
  • for decoration: parsley, pomegranate seeds and tomato.

1st step: pickling

Thoroughly rinse the gutted and plucked carcass of a goose, dry it with paper towels. If you come across a fat goose, then make a few cuts on the tail. Mix salt, coriander and different varieties of pepper. Rub a mixture of goose both on top and inside. Rub thoroughly, there should not be dry pieces. Rub spices into your skin.
