Next, cut one and a half large fresh cucumbers into small cubes or rub on a coarse grater. We cook five to six eggs and finely chop them, mix with crab sticks, cucumbers and onions. Now add a can of canned corn to the salad. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Salad with fresh cucumber and crab sticks is ready. You will not only pleasantly surprise guests with your work of culinary art, but also begin to make such a salad for your family every day. After all, you will love him as soon as you try.

And now for a snack we will prepare a delicious salad "Olivier" with fresh cucumber. So, let's begin. In general, when I cook olivier, I immediately make okroshka, because it includes the same products. Therefore, I will tell you how to cook these two delicious dishes at the same time. Cook twelve small potatoes, eight eggs. Separately, we cook the chicken leg, adding half the carrots and the onion to the broth.

When the potatoes and eggs are cooked and cooled, cut them into small cubes and pour them into a large pan. There we add finely chopped green onions and four to five fresh cucumbers in small cubes. You can add boiled sausage, about 400 grams need to be finely chopped. When the chicken is cooked, take it out of the broth, wait until it cools, and chop it finely, then send it to the pan with cucumbers, potatoes and other chopped products. Now mix everything and season with mayonnaise. Next, pour half the mixture into a smaller saucepan and add the cooked half of a small carrot into it. Cut it as small as possible. And in a large saucepan add finely chopped dill. Pour in the broth, diluted a little with mineral water, so that the okroshka does not turn out to be oily. Add as much mayonnaise as needed. Water and broth are needed just enough to make okroshka both rare and not very thick. Mix everything, add salt to taste and add a tablespoon of citric acid. Okroshka is ready. But Olivier is on the way. It remains to add salt to taste and mayonnaise, if it is not enough. So you got two wonderful dishes at once - Olivier and okroshka. If desired, canned peas can be added to the salad.
