Kefir Beef

Prepare one kilogram of young veal, two or three large onions, two or three carrots, one liter of kefir, a little salt, pepper and spices, if desired.
Cut the beef into square slices, fry it with grated carrots and onions, salt and pepper. Arrange in pots and pour kefir so that all the meat is covered with it. Close the pots with lids and place in the oven for thirty minutes (180 degrees).

Beef in a double boiler with sour cream sauce

Take six hundred grams of beef, one hundred and fifty grams sour cream, two hundred grams of champignons, three tablespoons of flour, two onions, one teaspoon of rosemary, a little parsley, salt, black pepper.

Cut the meat into small pieces, the onion into half rings, chop the mushrooms finely. Rub the meat with pepper, salt and ground rosemary. Place in a double boiler and cook with mushrooms and onions for thirty minutes.

Dissolve the flour in water, mix with sour cream, add chopped greens. Pour such mass into the beef and continue cooking for another fifteen to twenty minutes. That's all. Beef in a double boiler with sour cream sauce is ready to eat.

Slow-cooked beef stew

Prepare three tablespoons of olive oil, one medium onion, one and a half kilograms of beef meat, four cloves of garlic, half a cup of wine, one and a half teaspoons of pepper, two tablespoons of brandy, half a cup of green olives, half a cup of black olives, one tablespoon rosemary, bay leaf, four cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon stick, two tablespoons of tomato paste, a little salt.

Cut the washed meat into small pieces. Then fry it in a pan with olive oil. Next, transfer the beef to the capacity of the multicooker (along with the resulting juice).

In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion, garlic and also place in the slow cooker. Then pour cognac and wine into the pan, keep it on low heat for a few minutes and add this mixture to the meat. Laurel leaf, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon put in a bag of gauze. Then put it in the capacity of the multicooker with tomato paste, pepper, salt. Mix everything well and cook for nine hours in a quenching mode.

An hour before the end of cooking, put rosemary and olives in a slow cooker, and take out a bag of seasonings. Serve with any garnish.

Steamed beef with cheese and tomatoes

Required: beef fillet, tomatoes, cheese, chopped herbs, pepper, salt, spices. Cut the fillet into slices, place them in a double boiler, salt and add spices. Put tomato slices on beef, grate cheese, sprinkle with herbs. Such a dish must be cooked in a double boiler for about forty minutes. In a small bowl, combine flour, pepper and salt. Roll the beef cubes in such a mixture.

Melt the butter in a large skillet, put the beef here and brown thoroughly from different sides. Then move to a two liter baking dish.

Now put the onions, garlic and carrots in a pan for five to ten minutes. Then add parsley, wine, bay leaf, thyme, mushroom liquid and pour everything over the meat.

Bake the dish, covering it with foil or a lid, for two and a half hours (180 degrees). Then remove the foil or lid, add canned mushrooms (and, if necessary, water) here and bake for another thirty minutes.
