separate the yolks and beat them to a homogeneous consistency with 1 glass of sugar. Add 400 g of fat sour cream and a few grams of wine to this mixture. Next, add the whipped whites in a strong foam.

In a separate bowl, cool brewed Espresso coffee, add wine. In this "cocktail" we lower the cookies.

We take portioned glasses or bowls, pour sour cream mixture on the bottom of each. Then we put a layer of cookies soaked in coffee. Spread it with cream and again put a layer of biscuit soaked in coffee and wine. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate and cocoa.
