The cooked steak will not leave anyone indifferent, especially if it is made from beef. It is prepared easily, and the result exceeds all expectations.
In order to cook beef steak, you will need:
260 g of beef tenderloin, 10 g of smoked bacon, tomato, bell pepper, 50 g of zucchini, 20 g of mushrooms, sunflower oil, 10 ml of soy sauce, a pinch of starch, oregano, spices and salt.
Thawed (but preferably chilled) beef tenderloin must be cut into several fairly thick pieces across the fibers, based on the desired number of servings. Then you need to take one of the pieces, place it at one end on a cutting board, and press it with your palm on top, slightly flattening the steak so that the thickness of the resulting piece is not less than 3 centimeters. Do not use any axes, hammers and other usual auxiliary tools of the Russian housewives! Everything must be done only with your own hands.
After this, it is necessary to pepper, salt, and coat the future beef steak with vegetable oil, lay on a cast iron hot frying pan with a corrugated bottom. They should be fried on both sides for about 3 or 4 minutes on each side, and then put our steaks prepared in this way in the oven (at a temperature of 200 ° C).
Some chefs are very fond of using fashionable foreign words, such as “blue”, “medium”, “re”, “val dan”, etc., however, if you are interested in how to cook beef steak, then know what this means exclusively the degree of roasting of our steak, namely: “raw”, “with blood”, “half-baked”, “well-done”, “normal”, “overcooked”.
While the meat is baked in the oven, you can do a side dish, for which we need a slice of zucchini, sweet bell pepper and tomato. Zucchini and tomato can be fried in a corrugated frying pan, and bell pepper, chopped arbitrarily into pieces, should be fried in a simple saucepan or in a frying pan, with the addition of a small amount of sunflower oil. Then we should only bring our vegetables to full readiness in the oven.
Then we take out the almost ready-made beef steak from the oven, wrap it with slices of pink tender strips of smoked bacon and again send the dish back to the oven for 5-6 minutes. At this time, we start making the sauce. In the stewpan we put the fried mushrooms, which must be poured with soy sauce, sprinkle with oregano on top, dilute it all with ordinary water and put on the stove. The sauce should be allowed to boil a little, then pour potato starch into it, diluted with a small amount of cold water. You can see how the sauce will thicken in seconds. Soon you need to remove it from the tile, get the steak out of the oven and proceed to the final part - the design of our culinary masterpiece. Everything will depend on your imagination and taste.
There is another option for cooking steaks.
To prepare this dish, very fresh beef from the "intercostal" part is used - only in this case we can prepare a good dish.
So, cook the beef steak in the pan.
You will need:
800 g steamed tenderloin, 50 g butter, black pepper, salt.
Beef fillet should be cut into 3-4 steaks 4 cm thick. The pan should be heated on a very high fire and melt the butter on it. Salt and pepper the steaks on one side, put on the pan with this side. After that, you must also salt and pepper the other side and turn the meat over.
The frying time will depend on what kind of "fried" you like meat. To make steaks:
- slightly fried on the outside and almost raw inside - fry for 2-3 minutes on each side;
- so that it is more “fried” on the outside, and pink inside - this is 4 minutes;
- to make a fried crust on the outside, and inside the meat was not raw - this is about 5 minutes each side.
