Put the jam in a suitable wide dish, add soda to it, mix. Let stand a few minutes. Then add kefir, sugar, flour, eggs to the mass. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Put in a baking dish, greased with fat or oil. Bake at 180 in the oven - 25 minutes (or until cooked). We take out, cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. We will need: three eggs, half a glass of kefir, a couple of spoons of low-fat mayonnaise, a glass of flour, soda on the tip of a knife. For the filling - a can of canned saury, pink salmon or herring in its own juice, a glass of boiled pre-crumbly rice, two onions.

We start cooking: first you need to knead the dough on mayonnaise and kefir - like pancakes in their density. Filter the canned fish from the liquid, knead a little with a fork until smooth.
