A well-known Russian composer, who became famous even in the days of the USSR and who performed his own songs, Viktor Anatolyevich Tretyakov was born in Riga on March 7, 1961. He graduated from a music school (four classes of piano study) and uses a 12-string guitar in his work. In 1980, our hero graduated from the Electromechanical College in Riga, receiving a diploma in the specialty "technologist". However, he was immediately drafted into the army, and in 1982, when the service was over, he became a design engineer at a plant in his hometown.
