Recently, on television screens a flicker of a semi-finished product called “Chebupeli” has flickered. What is it and how is the product stuffed? This issue is interested in the consumer. Chebupeli: minced meat recipe
To prepare juicy flour pasties that taste like dumplings, absolutely everyone can do it. Components for the test:
- 200 ml of filtered water;
- chicken egg;
- wheat flour in an amount of 2.5 cups;
- some salt;
- a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
For filling:
- a pound of ground beef;
- onions - two heads;
- two cloves of garlic;
- spices: black pepper, marjoram.
Walkthrough
We heat the water to 60 degrees, stir salt in it - determine the amount by eye and at the discretion. Drive the egg into the sifted flour, then pour in hot water and oil. Knead well until smooth elastic mass. Powdered with flour, cover the wad of dough with cling film and send “rest” in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
During this time, we will prepare the mincemeat for the “chebupeli” (what it is, it was described just above). To make the product juicy, you will need chopped onions, which we mix with meat. Also add garlic and seasonings to the filling. Optionally, chop the greens.
We take out the dough, roll out a very thin layer and squeeze the cakes with a small glass. On top of each cut out mug we lay the filling. We fix in the form of a large dumpling. To make the edges beautiful, use a fork. Fry on both sides in sunflower oil until crisp. Serve with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
Cheese Chebupeli
What it is? A hearty treat used as an appetizer and a full meal. The melted cheese in the fried dough creates an excellent flavoring composition. Set of ingredients for tortillas:
- a glass of kefir;
- three hundred grams of flour;
- ½ dessert spoon of soda;
- some sugar and salt.
The composition of the filling:
- hard cheese - two hundred grams;
- two cloves of garlic;
- ham - 150 gr.;
- egg.
Instruction manual
In kefir add all loose components (sugar, salt, soda). Sift the indicated amount of flour. For a more elastic consistency, pour a spoonful of vegetable oil and put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
We make the filling: cut the ham into thin strips (you can fry it if desired), combine with grated cheese and squeezed garlic. Beat the egg, mix thoroughly. We take out the dough, roll out the cake, cut a round billet with a glass, onto which we spread the cheese-ham mass.
We turn the crescent moon and fry in the hot butter "chebupeli". “Hot thing” home-made - a complete dish for your children. It turns out interesting and unusual with cottage cheese and dill, fish, chicken, potatoes.
