Hercules milk soup with apple
Ingredients: a liter of milk, a glass of oatmeal flakes "Hercules", two sweet apples, a tablespoon of sugar, vanilla.
Cooking. Hercules cereal dishes are always extremely fast. The total cooking time does not take more than ten minutes. Bring milk to a boil, pour cereal and sugar into it, let it boil for another minute and a half and turn it off. Add vanilla (a few crystals or a pinch of vanilla sugar). We clean the apples, free from the core, rub and add to the soup.
For older children, you can add natural honey instead of sugar.
Pumpkin and carrot milk soup (semolina)
Ingredients: carrots and pumpkins (100-120 g each), a liter of milk, sugar (to taste), a small piece of butter and salt .
Cooking. Cook the pumpkin and carrots (already peeled and chopped) until tender, until they are completely soft. Wipe through a sieve (can be sent to a blender) and combine with milk. Let it boil again, add sugar and a little salt.
Milk soup (sweet) with dumplings
This dish belongs to Estonian cuisine. For the test you will need barley flour (although this is not necessary at all, you can take any other).
Ingredients: one and a half liters of milk, two eggs, sugar (1/2 cup), assorted dried fruits, a glass of flour, vanilla (or cinnamon).
Cooking. Cooking dumplings. Separate squirrels and yolks. Squirrels are whipped to a thick foam. Stirring, add sugar (2 teaspoons, preferably powder), milk (a glass) and flour to them. Add flour until we get a dough of thick sour cream.
Now bring the milk to a boil, and at this time we grind the yolks and sugar. Set aside the pan of boiled milk to the side and carefully introduce the yolks with sugar and vanilla into it, stirring.
Again we put it on a small fire and spread the dough (dumplings) with a teaspoon. In order for the dough not to stick to the spoon and "move out" by itself, each time before picking it, dip the spoon into boiling milk.
Add cream (pasteurized) and finely chopped dried fruits (pre-wash, rinse with boiling water).
Milk soup (mashed soup) with cookies
Today, there are many types of cookies for babies on sale. We will use such cookies.
Ingredients: baby cookies (70-100 g), a glass of milk.
Cooking. While the milk is boiling, grind the cookies on the coffee grinder and pour it into the milk. Remove from heat, add sugar and a little vanilla (if vanilla is present in the cookies, then you do not need to add it again).
Kids (you can give children up to a year) usually love this dish. If the child is not allergic to the yolk, you can enter one yolk (according to the technology of the previous recipe). For a change, you can add mashed banana (both more satisfying and tastier). Choose a ripe banana for a child: large, with a yellow peel, without greens, with brown dots.
Milk rice soup
Ingredients: a glass of rice (or rice chopped), a liter of milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla and sugar as you wish.
Cooking. We sort the rice, wash it and boil it in water. After the rice is completely cooked, drain the excess water, rinse with boiling water, let cool and wipe through a sieve (you can use a blender). Combine the resulting puree with milk, bring to a boil, add vanilla with sugar and salt.
This soup is suitable for children older than three months (only without the addition of vanilla and salt).
For those who are older (after a year), for a change, you can add nuts and fruits (dried fruits), having previously doused them with boiling water, dried and pitches in a coffee grinder.
