If you don’t really like the peculiar taste of raw juice or its aroma, add only half of the entire norm offered in the recipe.
  4. We proceed to the formation of dairy sausages. To do this, put the meat mass in a tetrapack (a cardboard box of juice with foil inside). Thoroughly clog the edge and place the future sausage in the baking sleeve.
  5. Pour water into a large pan. When the water begins to boil, lower the sausage blank into it.
  6. Cook over a quiet fire for fifty minutes. You can open the finished product only after it has completely cooled down. Do not forget to remove the resulting delicacy from the water.

As you can see, the recipe for dairy sausage, cooked at home, is quite simple. Of course, you should not expect from the resulting product a complete resemblance to a sausage produced in an industrial environment. But many people like the home version even more than the store one.
